What’s brewin’, my friends? Is everyone gettin’ into coziness and outta any worry…??
From a fellow friend …. a prayer for the Land and elements amidst a storm on the horizon: “Go outside and walk among your trees and plants on your property. You may also touch them.
In your heart, say the following phrases to all your trees and plants.
1. I care for you. There is a big storm coming.
2. Roots, please grip soil and earth with all your might.
3. Trunk, branches, and stems, please be supple and bend like a dancer.
4. Leaves, please drop if you can, or become slippery and turn on edge so the wind-driven rain slips past you or any snow slips off.
5. Community of Green Beings, please tighten your web of connections.
6. Ecosystem, please become connected and interconnected.
7. Element of Earth, please hold roots tight.
8. Element of Air, please caress, not assault.
9. Element of Water, please flow smoothly over.
10. Element of Fire, please give strength to the whole.
11. Spirit of the Land, please meet the Spirit of the Storm with serenity.”

Humanity and the Earth are going through their own personal cleansing and releasing of all discordant energies. Natural disasters are the Earth’s way of throwing off the negative energy humanity has accumulated within the Earth’s atmosphere (aura). The Earth must also free herself of all lower vibrating energies so our arrival into the higher dimensions of the New Earth is safe. We are in the process of labor and delivery ~ chaos ~ before the birth of our magnificence. ~ Sabrina

Dr. Jim Duke and Jim Meuninck: 100 most important Edible Herbs- 53 min in-depth plant identification video from 1988
Anytime your wild crafting, its best to follow the “rule of threes”. The rule of threes suggests that you don’t collect a plant from an area until the third time you come across it, to promise it’s presence in the area will perserved. This is a simple and easy way we can remember to protect the earth and her many plant spirits! United Plant Savers
do a lot of great work to protect our healing herbs so make sure to check out there website, especially for lists of ”At Risk” and “To-Watch”
herbs that we should all refrain from collecting at the moment.

Paul Stamets believes that mushrooms can save our lives, restore our ecosystems and transform other worlds.
Entrepreneurial mycologist Paul Stamets seeks to rescue the study of mushrooms from forest gourmets and psychedelic warlords. The focus of Stamets’ research is the Northwest’s native fungal genome, mycelium, but along the way he has filed 22 patents for mushroom-related technologies, including pesticidal fungi that trick insects into eating them, and mushrooms that can break down the neurotoxins used in nerve gas. How about fungi in place of vaccines??
There are cosmic implications as well. Stamets believes we could terraform other worlds in our galaxy by sowing a mix of fungal spores and other seeds to create an ecological footprint on a new planet.

Inspiration for a little something-something, coming soon…
Huang Di said, “The months of the Spring season bring about the revitalization of all things in nature. It is the time of birth. This is when Heaven and Earth are reborn. During this season it is advisable to retire early and arise early. Also, go walking in order to absorb the fresh, invigorating energy. Since this is the season in which the universal energy begins anew and rejuvenates, one should attempt to correspond to it directly by being open and unsupressed, both physically and emotionally.
“On the physical level is good to exercise more frequently and wear loose-fitting clothing. This is the time to do stretching exercises to loosen up the tendons and muscles. Emotionally, it is good to develop equanimity. This is because Spring is the season of the Liver, and indulgence in anger, frustration, depression, sadness, or excess emotion can injure the Liver. Furthermore, violating the natural order of Spring will cause cold disease, illness inflicted by atmospheric cold, during summer.
