Soulmates and Lessons. Thank you to a Facebook friend for posting this first!
Our higher selves are always communicating with each other and setting up contracts for our souls to evolve from. We don’t have to learn through
inflicting pain on another being, but oftentimes it is the pain of ”observing” our destructive behaviors that creates the most growth within our being. Once a soul contract is set up, the lesson will be learned even
if it requires multiple chances and multiple key players to help us advance our souls. Once the lesson is learned, the contracts we set up with others are over. We can CHOOSE to remain in a relationship with them or move on.
Sometimes one person in the soul contract will learn but the other person needs more time. Our energy fields and consciousness is what creates our reality. Each soul is growing at their own pace….if you are reading this message you are choosing to evolve at an accelerated rate. Our soul mates, who we create contracts with, may choose to grow slowly and they may choose to hold onto the distorted beliefs, subconscious programs and distorted energies within their energy fields that keep them in a pattern of re-creation over and over again until they choose to release what no longer serves them.

Humanity and the Earth are going through their own personal cleansing and releasing of all discordant energies. Natural disasters are the Earth’s way of throwing off the negative energy humanity has accumulated within the Earth’s atmosphere (aura). The Earth must also free herself of all lower vibrating energies so our arrival into the higher dimensions of the New Earth is safe. Shennong is my third submission to the history of natural medicine. Legendary ruler and Chinese hero Shennong lived over 5,00 years ago. He has not only been recognized for teaching the Chinese agriculture but also the use of herbal medicines. While credited with the use and discovery of many different herbs, he is most notably attributed to the use and promotion of tea leaves as a cure for a wide variety of ailments and poisons. In his quest for herbal knowledge he is rumored to have consumed samples of all the herbs he collected so he could experience and understand the plant on all levels. Many traditional chinese herbalist are still taught and practice this way.

Here is the second submission to hall of legendary naturopaths. Sebastian Kneipp is most commonly known for pioneering the use of hydrotherapy. In the 18th century, Kneipp was extremely famous and revered for his success using natural remedies like pure water, fresh air, exercise, and herbs to treat thousands of people from all over the world. Additionally, he wrote many books to to share his methods and by teach millions of others about these simple ways to restore optimal health. He is also known for his whole wheat bread recipe known as Kneipp bread (Kneipbrød), which is still the most commonly eaten bread in Norway today.

I have recently started a series of paintings cataloging the history of natural healing. I am trying to touch upon all of the doctors who pioneered naturopathic techniques, natural living, and medical philosophy. Starting us off is the father of medicine himself, Hippocrates.
